Sextans

Originally intended GUCCC pairing with butty 353, Scales. 'V' bottomed hull.  (Sextans is also listed in the Iceboats and Tugs section, with photos.)

1940s - shortened to 40'.

1950s - re-named Sextant no. 89 by BWB 

1960s - named Hesperus when used as a hire boat.

1980s - lengthened to 50'  and renamed back to Sextans. Engine changed to 2 cyl Lister.
