Early history of Count/Enterprise No. 1 is complex and not given in detail here.

 

The original steamer was rebuilt 1945 as a 52' tug.

 

The current engine is the Gardner 5 cyl. L2 diesel no. 29748 with Parsons HRG gearbox, installed on conversion. Both boat and engine have been much restored over the years. In same ownership since 1973.
